WARSPACE terms
Updated 2026-10-03 · Privacy
These terms are the agreement between you and the WARSPACE team about WARSPACE, at warspace.gg or any other copy of the game we run. They apply to everyone who enters the site, anywhere in the world. By entering the site you accept them: there is nothing to tick or sign. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The privacy page says what the game stores about you, and is part of these terms.
In short: be 13 or older, keep your account yours, play fair, no cheats, no hate, and only publish maps you made yourself. Breaking the rules can get you removed from a room, put on a cooldown or banned.
1. Who can play
- Practice and LAN need no account: anyone can play them.
- Online play needs a WARSPACE account, which you make by signing in with Discord. To have one you must be at least 13, and old enough to use Discord where you live (in some countries that is 14, 15 or 16).
- If you are under 18, or under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you and agree to them.
- WARSPACE is a competitive shooter. It shows combat with guns, knives and grenades.
2. Your account
- Your Discord account is your WARSPACE account, so Discord's own terms apply to it too. Keep your Discord account secure: what is done with it in WARSPACE counts as done by you.
- One account is for one person. Do not share, lend, sell or buy accounts, and do not let anyone else play on yours.
- Do not use a second account, or delete and sign in again, to get round a ban, a cooldown or a ranked rule.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account card in the game's menu. The privacy page says what that erases and what stays.
3. Rules of play
These apply in every online room, in chat, in player and map names, in community maps and on the WARSPACE Discord server.
- No cheats. No software, script, browser extension, changed game files or device that gives you an advantage the game does not give everyone: aimbots, triggerbots, wallhacks and ESP, recoil or spread changes, speed changes, macros that aim, shoot or move for you, or anything that reads hidden game data. Making, selling or sharing cheats is not allowed either.
- No exploiting bugs. Do not use a bug on purpose to win, such as seeing or shooting through solid walls, or getting out of the map. Tell us about it instead.
- Fair ranked. No boosting, win trading, losing on purpose, or playing ranked on someone else's account. Do not leave ranked matches: the game puts players who leave on a cooldown (see 4).
- No harassment or hate. No threats, bullying, stalking, or insults aimed at someone's race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation or disability. No sexual content, and nothing that encourages anyone to hurt themselves.
- No griefing. Do not work against your own team on purpose: blocking teammates, flashing them, giving away their positions, or idling through a match.
- No spam or scams. No flooding the chat, advertising, phishing links, or asking anyone for their Discord login.
- No impersonation. Do not pretend to be the WARSPACE team or another player.
- Keep other people's private details private. Do not post anyone's real name, address, photos or other personal details without their permission.
- Do not attack the service. No overloading servers, flooding rooms or the ranked queue, disturbing other players' connections, or trying to get into our servers, accounts or map store. Do not drive the game, the sign-in or the map store with your own bots or scripts (the game's own bots are fine).
- Nothing illegal where you live or where the game runs.
To report a player, write to official@warspace.gg or to the WARSPACE team on the WARSPACE Discord server, with the player's name, the room or match, when it happened and what you saw. A video helps. To report a community map, use its Report button.
4. What happens when the rules are broken
- Depending on how serious it is and how often it happened, the WARSPACE team may give a warning, remove a player from a room, set a ranked cooldown, reset ranked ratings, ban the account from online play, or ban an internet address from a game server. Cheating, threats and attacks on the service can lead straight to a permanent ban.
- The host of a casual room may remove players from it. They are kept out of that room for 10 minutes.
- Leaving a ranked match early starts a cooldown before the next one: 30 minutes, then 2 hours, then 24 hours, then 7 days. Each clean week after the last one ends takes one step off.
- Today every ban is decided by a person on the WARSPACE team, not by an automatic system. A banned account is told so when it signs in.
- If you think a decision about you is wrong, write to official@warspace.gg with your Discord name and why. We will look at it again and answer you.
5. Community maps
- A map you make in CREATORS stays yours. By publishing it, you give WARSPACE a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store it, copy it, show it and let anyone play it: in practice, in rooms, on LAN, and in pictures and videos of the game. The permission ends when you delete the map, except for pictures, videos and matches that already exist.
- We will not make your map one of the game's official maps without asking you first.
- Publish only your own work. A map must not copy anyone else's map or design, and its name and description must follow the rules in 3.
- Anyone can report a map. Five reports from different addresses hide it until the WARSPACE team looks at it. The team may hide or delete any map that breaks these terms, and stop a creator key from publishing.
- If you think a map copies your work, write to official@warspace.gg with the map's code, what is yours, and how to reach you. We take down maps that copy.
- Your creator key is what lets you change or delete your maps. Keep it safe: anyone who has it can do the same, and we cannot get it back for you.
6. The game itself
- WARSPACE (its code, maps, models, textures, sounds, music, name and logo) belongs to WARSPACE or to those who licensed parts of it to us. You may play it on our website for your own use. That permission is personal: it cannot be sold or passed on, and it ends if you break these terms.
- Do not copy, sell or host the game or its parts elsewhere, and do not take apart its code or files to cheat, to copy them, or to build another game from them.
- You may record and stream your play, post videos and screenshots, and earn money from them on video and streaming sites. Do not show them as official, and do not use them to show off or sell cheats.
- You may run your own tournaments in rooms. They are yours to run, and they are not official unless we say so.
- Discord's name and logo belong to Discord.
7. The service
- WARSPACE is free, and nothing in it is for sale today. If that changes, terms for purchases will be added here first.
- We keep changing the game: maps, weapons, balance, ranks, ranked seasons and their resets. XP, levels, ratings and ranks have no money value and do not belong to you as property.
- We try to keep the game running, but it can stop: a server can go down and a match can be lost. A ranked match that ends that way is not rated.
- We may stop running WARSPACE. When we can, we will say so in advance on the site and on the WARSPACE Discord server.
8. Health
The game has bright flashes, such as flashbangs and muzzle flashes. If you or anyone in your family has had seizures or epilepsy, talk to a doctor before playing. Stop at once if you feel dizzy, sick, or your vision or muscles act strangely. Take breaks.
9. Our responsibility
WARSPACE is given as it is, without promises that it will work without errors or interruptions, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost progress or lost time. We are not responsible for what other players say or do, or for other services, such as Discord. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be taken away by an agreement.
10. Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your use of WARSPACE if you break these terms, or if the law requires it (see 4).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. When a change matters to players, we say so in the game or on the WARSPACE Discord server before it takes effect. Playing after a change means you accept it.
12. Contact
Questions, reports and appeals: official@warspace.gg, or the WARSPACE team on the WARSPACE Discord server.
